Just 150 meters away from the sea, and 7km (4.3 miles) away from the beautiful town of Chania, our newly built villas are suitable for an amazing vacation any time of the year. The buildings themselves are equipped with carefully picked furniture, state of the art electrical equipment as well as a beautiful private pool to relax and enjoy the sun. You can also find all sorts of utilities near the block, such as public means of transport, banks, super markets, shops etc. The area that the villas are located is quiet and ideal for families and friends that want to relax. In case you want to travel around Chania or even Crete, there is a bus stop just 5 minutes away from the villas where frequent busses come by and can take you in almost every corner of the island
