Villa Stella is a beautiful and perfectly positioned four bedroom villa fronting the Pinhal Golf Course in Vilamoura. This villa resides on a quiet and very sought after cul de sac location, just 25 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from the Marina as well as to the various local beaches and supermarkets.
As you enter the villa you find a large lounge and dining area with a table to seat 8 people. The lounge area is very comfortable with luxury seating, .Both rooms lead out through patio doors to the terrace where you can enjoy your evening drinks and many meals. The dining area leads out through patio doors to the terrace and barbecue area, with luxury seating for relaxation and dining table and chairs to seat 8 people.
The villa has wifi throughout.
Off the reception area you have a kitchen with a laundry equiped with a Miele washing machine and a tumble dryer. In the kitchen you will find fridge/freezer , Miele oven, microwave, gas hob, Miele dishwasher. There is also a television in this room.
You have one double bedroom on the ground floor with inbuilt wardrobes that has a lovely light and airy feel to the room. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The garden is very large and perfect for a family who are looking to spend their holiday outdoors, with an extensive grassy lawn area for family games and then a large swimming pool with sunloungers overlooking the golf course. The lawn is also well laid out for a pool fence to be erected for child safety (available at a supplement)
On the first floor there is a master suite with a king size bed, a dressing area, television and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub as well as a separate shower, with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
A second first floor bedroom has two single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, fitted with air conditioning.
A third bedroom has two single beds, which though not en-suite it has its own private bathroom with a bath with shower combo.
All three bedrooms lead out on to a lovely balcony area which serves as a quiet area to enjoy some relaxation.
The villa is accessed solely through the front door. The garden gate facing the street and the gate to the golf course are locked for security.
