Townhouse Mar 2 is a stunning holiday home located in a complex with well kept gardens, communal swimming pools and stunning views. Just a 5 minute drive from Albufeira, this 2 bedroom property is ideal for couples or families looking for a quiet holiday in the sun.
On the first floor, the townhouse has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms: one with 2 single beds and a master bedroom with a double bed and balcony with serene views over the pools and gardens to awake to.
The ground floor has been beautifully fitted with marble floors and stainless steel and glass staircase; and includes a fully equipped kitchen (with fully integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and oven) and dining area. The living room is bright and airy and extends out onto the lovely outdoor terrace facing the swimming pools. Here you can enjoy meals al fresco cooked on the built-in barbeque, while enjoying the scenery.
The property also has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms.
The complex provides 2 swimming pools (1 large for adults and 1 for children) and well-kept gardens, as well as stunning views.
In the area of Pateo nearby, you can find several bars, restaurants and a supermarket, just 1km from the property.
The town of Albufeira is located within a 5-minute drive (2,5 km) where you'll find the Old Town with its many shops, bars, restaurants and beach. This close proximity makes the location ideal for families, couples and keen golfers with a couple of golf courses a few minutes' drive away. There are also several beaches within a 10-minute drive of the property, as well as a water park, zoo and marina.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
