Summary: Summary: I do like this hotel and do recommend staying here. However, I deducted 3 stars for the following reasons: - the thermal pool closed for cleaning our second night, but the following morning we found the jacuzzi pools also closed, as well as the indoor pool (pool hours), meaning on our third morning all pools and spas were closed. - the Turkish bath was closed for 4.5 out of 5 days. - several small cost cutting changes since our last visit around breakfast and coffee. Note - I did contact the hotel before posting this review, and they advised that cleaning and maintenance are standard hotel operations.
