Positive: Our room was on the 3rd floor we had to drag 2 suitcases up all those flight of stairs. After a long day of travelling that was just awful, u think they would give u a room somewhere bit more convenient for traveler’s. The room was little dingy washed out but clean. There was no tea towel, sponge to wash dishes or hand towel I had to ask for them. The housekeeping staff was so helpful and beautiful. I left some chocolate at the receptionist saw the snarky look from the reception staff which was rather disappointing. Its worse when u actually get to see it. She wasn’t there when we checked in, wish it was the other lady who checked us in she was really nice and helpful. I also got a deluxe room which was downstairs for other family members staying, one double bed and 2 single, it was awful the room, pillows and bedding smelt mouldy and musty and in the middle of the night i felt something landed on me I woke up screaming it was a massive cockroach. The floor was covered in cockroaches. I didnt sleep at all couldn’t wait for sunrise. I dont think I will be staying there anymore, was my usual spot whenever I was in fiji.
