Summary: This holiday was unforgettable. The staff were so accommodating to all of our needs. Although the rooms were very basic, the staff and their attention to detail were first class. Sometimes when you book a holiday with the large hotels you do not receive the intimate approach, it gets lost in the hustle of trying to run all of the facilities. It was my sons birthday while we were on holiday, and the management went out of their way to make this a special occasion for him. It was the personal details and the very warm approach that all of the staff gave that made our stay at this hotel very memorable. The hotel is a family run hotel and they certainly made you feel part of their family. My son did not want to leave, he wants to return there again next year.
