Our beautiful home is a central location in the resort of Moraitika, has 4 bedrooms, and suitable for up to 8 guests and has an on site communal swimming pool on the complex.
Approx 180 sqm Nikki's home, ground floor has a spacious kitchen with a full cooker, washing machine, all necessary cooking equipment, and a lovely breakfast eating area. Our lounge has a large corner style sofa, a TV, coffee table and unit. The dining area comfortably seats up to 8 guests.
The house has a large patio to enjoy your morning coffee.
Nikki's home has ground floor and then first, second and third floor are all accessible by stairs.
FIRST FLOOR - 2 Single bedrooms both with air conditioning, private balcony with furniture, a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
SECOND FLOOR - Master Bedroom with double bed has an en suite bathroom with corner Spa bath / jacuzzi, shower, hair dryer, and air conditioning.
THIRD FLOOR - Full height attic style with small lounge area at top of stairs, perfect for the kids to hang out. The bedroom is Twin bedded including air conditioning.
Bathroom has a bath/shower and hair dryer.
On the complex there is a lovely swimming pool with bar & snack bar.
Our family run Lava Grill restaurant and snack bar is just next door where you will find us on arrival to greet you.
The lovely resort of Moraitika has a wide choice of Restaurants, Bars, Tavernas, Pizza places, Tribute act venues, delicious Ice Cream parlours, Supermarkets Souvenir Shops and Chemists if needed.
