The apartment has two bedrooms, one double room with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, both rooms have full length windows with pool views and built in wardrobes.
Sea and marina views are from the lounge and front balcony. Views of the two fabulous swimming pools with a cascading waterfall feature from the kitchen balcony and both bedrooms. Albufeira old town and fisherman's beach is a pleasant 10 min stroll where you will find shops, bars and restaurants. The marina where you can take boat trips or just enjoy the waterside cafés is just a 10 minute walk. The apartment has large furnished balconies and superior quality finishing, located within a secure gated condominium and enjoying the benefits of cool basement parking. It features fully equipped Danish kitchens complete with Zanussi appliances and granite worktops. All patio doors and windows have electrically operated thermo-lacquered aluminium shutters. There are waterparks and several golf courses close by and 7 more beaches within 5 mins drive.
