A large private orchard completes the garden and will allow children to play and run around or enjoy the shade of the fruit trees (apple, plum, cherry, pear, hazelnut, etc.).
At the front of the house, a large paved area enclosed by a gate allows you to park up to 4 vehicles. Two surveillance cameras filming only the gate and the parking area are in place.

- Beaches: Fort Bloqué beach, Pérello beach, or Anse du Stole beach are 5 minutes away. Larmor-Plage and Guidel-Plage, with their water sports, harbor, and restaurants, are less than 15 minutes away.
- Water Sports: Guidel-Plage is known for its water sports, especially surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. Jet skis, towable tubes, and other equipment are available for rent at the marina. The large Fort Bloqué beach is ideal for all water sports: paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, as well as diving around the fort or, for the more experienced, spearfishing for spider crabs and lobsters.
