At the heart of the terrace lies a 35 m² private swimming pool (1.5 m depth), complemented by a four-seat spa whirlpool (non heated), inviting moments of pure relaxation. Sun loungers, umbrellas, a dedicated lounge area and two swinging chairs enhance the poolside experience. Under a shaded pergola, guests will find a fully equipped BBQ area with an outdoor fridge, wood-fired pizza oven and a Bluetooth dock, ideal for relaxed al fresco dining. Kefali Villa consists of three independent residences, which are rent together as one, for big families and friends. Each residence features a fully equipped kitchen. The Villa can accommodate up to 17 guests in total (12 in real beds and additional 5 on sofa beds).
First Residence
The first house used to be an old warehouse, which dates back over 100 years. It is an area of 60 m2 and can accommodate 2 people, making ideal for couples.
