Beautifully decorated by the owner in a contemporary style, it is fully air-conditioned, very well equipped to include a small fitness room, and all rooms have en-suite and TV's in addition to sea-view. The open plan living area (seating area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen), leads to the pool deck and to the built-in barbecue, as well as to the ground floor bedroom. Stairs lead to a further two bedrooms and to the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Two bedrooms have super-king beds and the third one has two single beds. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, air-conditioning, TV's and sea-view. The balcony leads to the small fitness room where you can avail yourself of a treadmill or fitness bicycle whilst appreciating those fantastic views. Outside the pool deck with infinity style heated pool is a virtual balcony looking down to the sea: here you will find outdoor furniture (sun-beds, outdoor dining table, and a couple of easy chairs). There is secure parking within the villa grounds. Facilities are close by.
