The apartment is centrally located, cosy, and comfortable. It has been recently renovated and is well equipped. It is ideal for five guests, but can accommodate up to seven adults. It is located on the fourth floor of the building and is accessible by stairs. The apartment has a total area of 81 square metres and features a bright, sunny balcony/terrace where you can enjoy your meals.
The apartment includes three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. Two of the bedrooms do not have windows. In the living room, there is also a double sofa bed. A baby cot can be provided upon prior request.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, blender, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher. The apartment has one full bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning.

- Saldanha is one of the finest areas in Lisbon. It is a trendy neighbourhood, a lovely gem in the heart of Lisbon, that has maintained its authenticity: many well-maintained old buildings add the charming atmosphere and go together with modern ones. This is a cool and vibrant area with restaurants, shopping, entertainment, history, culture and business. There are several car parks nearby and street paid parking.
You have quick and easy access to the tourist places to visit or to the Lisbon business area. Just some meters from the subway station (yellow and red lines). 10 minutes subway ride to the city’s historical centre. Less than 3 km from Bairro Alto nightlife and Chiado shopping.
