Positive: Amazing resort for kids. We got a renovated family room - beautiful and comfortable. They placed us on level 1 and the view was a bit disappointing (grey dirty roof from hotel lobby). They moved us to level 2 after i requested a higher level, and got a bit better. From level 4, the view must be amazing. Great beach.

Negative: The swimming pool was around 20 -21 degrees, quite cold. The hotel could invest in a solar pool heater. The beach was warmer than the pool. They could create a green roof with some nice plants which would make the view from level 1 much nicer (when staying at main building facing the beach).

Summary: Amazing all inclusive resort for kids
