Summary: We didn’t like that the housekeeping ignored the “do not disturb” sign on our door seeing as we were on vacation to rest. Banging on the door and barging in because we were sleeping and didn’t answer the door in time. Also our hot tub broke mid stay after paying for a premium room. Front desk attendant was very nice and friendly.
