This new, completely renovated Rue Lord Byron luxury apartment to rent in Paris is conveniently located just behind the world famous Champs Elysées Avenue. It is tucked away in a quiet little street away from the crowds, yet just a couple minutes’ walk from the metro Georges V. The apartment is on the 6th floor (with lift access) and overlooks Paris from your top floor home. Great location, couple streets in from the busyness of The Avenue des Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe, round the corner in you are on a quaint quiet street. The view of the Eiffel Tower from one bedroom, and the Basilique du Sacré-Coeur de Montmartre from the other are stunning. Unlike many rentals in the market, this one is located in a serviced building with a desk attendant, safe key system, and part of the Residence De Tourisme, so you know your reservation is legal and you are reserving what you see online. The Apartment is on the top floor, with only one other apartment. The apartment kitchen is fully fitted, and there was a hair dryer and clothes iron. Shower water pressure was perfect! Furnishings were very nice, and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. Compare this apartment to a hotel room in Paris for 3 friends sharing we found this to be much better set up. The management company communicated so well with us, and even offer luggage hold before and after check out. Don't miss the downstairs lounge area with pool table and library. It so nice you may want to stay in one night to enjoy it.
